
Che (she/they) runs a Health and Wellness Business, specialising in restoring peace to minds, and flow to bodies. Qualifying with a 1st class Psychology degree in 1999, Che went into the Corporate world as a senior people manager for 12 years, before choosing to qualify as an independent stress management and mindfulness coach in 2011.
Having had her own personal practice for 15 years, Che specialises in Dhyana Meditation – focused awareness and sustained contemplation, in silence with no guide nor object of focus.
Che now trains individuals, groups and organisations in stress, emotion and energy management, as well as offering mindfulness experiences, and guided meditations. Che is also qualified in Acupressure, Massage and Energy Healing.
