Queer Multicolour Maths

Queer Multicolour MathsMulticolour Maths is a visual method designed by Brook to help re-imagine the relationships of numbers.

Inspired by Alan Turing, and originating from a personal struggle with traditional maths, his method used colours and shapes to transform foundational maths into beautiful patterns.

It was featured on BBC News in 2025, and will be presented at the British Congress of Mathematics in October this year; it is now being developed by curriculum writers in order to make it available to all schools by the end of the year – fingers crossed.

Open to all ages.
