These Additional Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the Glamping Add-On and should be read alongside the main Queer Spirit Festival Terms & Conditions. By purchasing a glamping add-on, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
All terms are governed by UK law, and the purchase of a glamping add-on forms a legally binding agreement between the attendee and Queer Spirit Festival CIC.
Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Queer Spirit Festival CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in the UK (Company No. 14681765).
“The Festival” refers to Queer Spirit Festival 2026.
“You” refers to the ticket holder or attendee.
What the Glamping Add-On Includes
Each glamping add-on provides accommodation for one or two people for the full duration of the festival, plus a refundable damage deposit.
The accommodation consists of a fully furnished bell tent, including:

Two framed single beds (which may be pushed together by occupants if desired).

Winter-tog duvets, pillows, bed linen, and throws.
-
Ground matting throughout.
-
Solar lighting.
-
Small tables, mirrors, bins, and decorative bunting.
If you wish to accommodate more than two people in one glamping structure, you must contact the festival team before booking. Additional occupants are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Please note:

The glamping add-on covers accommodation only.

All glamping guests must also hold a valid festival ticket for the correct number of people.
Length of Stay
Glamping accommodation is booked for the entire duration of the festival.
If you expect to arrive after the festival opens or leave before it closes, please let us know in advance where possible. However, partial stays are not eligible for discounts or refunds.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival
On arrival at the festival, please report to the Box Office, where a steward will:

Check you in.

Escort you to your glamping accommodation.

Carry out an initial condition check with you.
Departure
Before leaving the festival, you must check out at the Village Hall, where a steward will:

Inspect the accommodation.

Confirm whether there is any damage or missing items.
If you leave without checking out and damage is later identified, you may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Care of the Accommodation
We ask all glamping guests to treat the accommodation with care and respect. Take reasonable care of all furnishings and equipment.
Report any breakages, damage, or accidents to a camp steward as soon as they occur.
Inside the Tents
The following rules apply at all times:

Shoes and boots must be removed before entering the tent.

No cooking is permitted inside the tent.

Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited.
-
Tea lights, candles, incense, or any open flames are not allowed.
These rules are in place for fire safety, hygiene, and the comfort of all guests.
Damage, Breakages & Responsibility
You are responsible for the glamping accommodation and its contents for the duration of your stay.
Please:

Take reasonable care of all furnishings and equipment.

Report any breakages, damage, or accidents to a camp steward as soon as they occur.
We reserve the right to deduct some or all of the damage deposit to cover:
-
Broken or missing items.
-
Repairs or replacements.
-
Additional cleaning required due to spillages, food waste, excessive mud, or similar issues.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is paid at the time of booking and will be refunded shortly after the festival, provided that:

No damage or loss is recorded.

No additional cleaning is required.
Important notes:

Evidence of smoking or vaping inside a glamping tent will result in the full deposit being retained.

If repair or replacement costs exceed the value of the deposit, you will be contacted to arrange payment of the outstanding balance.
If deductions are made, you will be informed, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Pre-Event Information
Before the festival, we may send one or more emails containing important information about your glamping accommodation and arrival process.
Please ensure you read these messages carefully, and share them with any other people you have purchased a glamping add-on for. To avoid missing these messages, we recommend adding the following addresses to your email safe-senders list:
