This workshop, a combination of introduction, discussion, small group work and roleplay, explores the promises and challenges of polyamory (though John prefers to call it ‘inclusive relating’), with an emphasis on our own experiences and solutions.
Sharing is caring!

Eclipses & dragons – Embodied astrological mythos
An embodied dive into the dramatic mythos of eclipse astrology and its relationship to The Dragon.
Drawing on the astrological mythology of eclipses through storytelling as well as interpersonal movement exercises, to experience and receive this symbolism ourselves and with each other. Queer Spirit occurs a few weeks before Autumn eclipse season starts.
The mythology of eclipses concerns the themes of births, deaths, opposites and power struggles, which is also relevant to us at all times, and especially as beings in queer community with each other. What parts of us die to allow for the gestation of collective creation? Astrology is a fascinating way of holding and interpreting cyclical resonance throughout our own lives and throughout collective history.
This workshop shares that through meditating on the dramatic mythos of eclipse transits and their relationship to The Dragon.

Plant medicine for queer healing
Ayahuasca is a feminine sentient plant being, often misappropriated in the hands of hetero normative shamans.
Her use can have potent benefits for healing the specific wounds of feeling unwelcome on this planet common to the queer experience, but it’s not everyone’s medicine.
In this workshop I will briefly recount my weird and wonderful journey with Her, then I’ll talk about the Queer only weekends I’ve recently been running in Portugal followed by a Q&A/discussion.
We end with a guided visualisation to meet the Spirit of the Plant Herself.
